Wow, Day 11!

Back to feeling energetic instead of sluggish. I got some great food at the grocery store last night & spent some quality time with my grandmother yesterday afternoon, so I'm feeling very content & happy.

Food:

Breakfast: turkey sausage low-fat (2 patties), banana, small orange, black tea
Snack: Mixed nuts, 1 cup
Lunch: All-beef low-fat hot dog, carrots & organic ranch
Snack: Mozz cheese stick, pickle
Dinner: Lean cheeseburger w/ low fat cheese, tomato on romaine hearts, salad w/ balsamic

Pilates & a long walk outside with the pups today after work because I couldn't bring myself to wake up early this morning!
