Sunday

I have lots of ideas for you...more on that tomorrow!

Food Log-

Breakfast - 3 eggs w/ fat free cheese, salsa, skim milk
Lunch - ceasar salad w/ chicken, apple
Dinner - broiled salmon, black beans, corn, iced tea
Snack 1 -dill pickle, baby carrots w/ ranch
Snack 2 - almonds (1 cup)
