Catch up!

Wednesday:
Breakfast: 2 Rice cakes, apple
Snack: String cheese
Lunch: Brown rice, hot dog, carrots
Snacks: String Cheese
Dinner: Burger (no bun), spinach, whole wheat pita points & hummus

*Worked out yesterday...got in a nice walk & then did my Beach Body Fast DVD... felt the burn and still do today!!!!

Breakfast: Turkey sausage, rice cakes

Hope exams are going great!
