Monday

It's ok. Everyone falls off sometimes. I think you are def not eating too much salt, unless you've been keeping a salt block in your room and licking it at night. :) haha. SB is generally low in salt so it wouldn't be that - I think truly you just need to tone. You shouldn't really be focused on losing weight bc you don't need to. If you want to look like Alba you gotta work that booty. haha. So you should be fine eating whole grains and fruits and veggies as much as possible.

Today was crazy, it rained and we had floods here so I went into work late and then just got home. This is my mid-term week so I may be writing on here a little less than usual. Sorry about that in advance.

Can't wait to see you - good job on getting back on the wagon!


Food Log -

Breakfast - cottage cheese, pineapple
Snack 1 - apple, almonds (15)
Lunch - leftover deer burger chili, 1 mozzarella string cheese, iced tea
Snack 2 - 1 mozzarella string cheese
Dinner - salmon grilled, black beans, corn, 1% milk
