Freaky Friday

...it's not really freaky.

Happy Friday. I'm so glad to get a break from the week! Tonight we're going to see Shutter Island and tomorrow we're going to hang out with Cull! It so sucks that we missed you guys :(

After work, I'll get in a Beach Body Fast DVD, I can't wait til it's warm and I can go for a run!

Breakfast: Wheat bagel low-fat cream cheese
Lunch: Sandwich, wheat, ham & pepperoni w/ mozz. cheese & side salad
Dinner:

I still need to straighten up my act. I'm going to the grocery store Sunday and I'm going to pick up some more wheat pitas, tuna and wheat pasta. I can live off of that. Also salads.

THE PRODIGAL SISTER RETURNS!

SO SORRY I HAVE BEEN MIA! Things have been crazy but I'm back on track.

I have been working out regularly just as I was before. David told me the other day (without being prompted) that he thought I looked more toned! Yay! I've mostly been doing my 30-45 minute DVDs since the snow has been so bad, but hopefulyl i can get back to the gym this week! Need to get my cardio in!

For the most part I've been eating so-so stuff. Definitely keeping up my dayily "snacks" of light string cheese and carrots. Eating cereal or oatmeal in the mornings. When I'm at home, I've had a whole wheat pita with tuna, or a salad and some meat. For the most part I'm trying to work out hard, pay attention to what I eat and therefore allow myself to have some fun: i.e. chocolate covered strawberries on V-Day, wine and Yeungling LIGHT--so great, only 90 calories!

So proud of you, you're doing great. I will be back on a regular basis from now on! Promise!

Lunch - 2 slider burgers w/ fat free cheese & mustard, cottage cheese, melon
Snack 2 - 2 cheddar cheese slices, sugar free chocolate pudding snack, mozzarella string cheese
Dinner - Leftover zuccini, mozzarella casserole, grapefruit

Snack 1 - peanuts
Lunch - salad w/ tuna, celery, cumcumber, evoo & balsamic
Snack 2 - grapefruit
Dinner - white chicken chili (I made it! Ingredients: chicken cubed, white beans, chicken broth, water, and spices) w/ shredded cheddar cheese on top, 1% milk

Sunday Food Log-

Breakfast - 1% milk, 2 scrambled eggs w/ salsa, japs, and fat free cheese, melon pieces
Snack 1 - peanuts, baby carrots & hummus
Lunch - white chicken chili w/ shredded cheddar cheese
Snack 2 - apple, cheese slices, 1/2 avocado
Dinner - baked bbq chicken, corn, green beans

Just another manic Monday

Ok so today I am back from the dead - or midterm week - whatever you want to call it. I am in full wedding planning mode and ready to go! I think I did well on my tests but we will have to wait and see, I will get my grades this weekend.

Did you ever figure out the dress color fiasco?

I feel like we haven't talked in forever! I miss you.

How is everything? What did you guys think of the Grammys? Lil Wayne and Eminem crushed it! haha.

I am hoping to send my save the dates this week sometime so if we can get that bridesmaids blog together soon that would be great.

Oh yeah, my little IT man got your old laptop working like a dream now! I just need to put a good antivirus software on it and it should be set! I am beyond thrilled to be able to go to the coffee shop to do my schoolwork - I hate being chained to my desk! haha.

I'm gonna try to weigh myself tomorrow to see how far I've come - it's been about a week since I last weighed in.

How have you been feeling since you went off SB? Are you skipping meals a lot? Have you gotten into a groove yet with your normal diet? Can't wait to talk to you!!
