Busy, Busy Tuesday


It's one of those days at work when everyone is rushing around and everything they're doing seems SO important. Emphasis: seems. Haha! I'm feeling great today. Woke up early and did about 30 minutes of pilates before work...the stretching felt amazing, and the workout was just great in general! Will probably try to squeeze in another 30 mins after work today!

Workout:
30 mins @ medium intensity, pilates DVD, focus: abs, butt

Food:
Breakfast: Black tea, string cheese, 2 scrambled eggs, sausage
Snack: Haven't had a sec but had a big breakfast!
Lunch: Salad with grilled chicken, carrots & cheese, balsamic dressing, light LEMONADE** had to have some sugar!
Snack: pickle, celery, string cheese
Dinner: Steak (yum) & 2 cups of broccoli

Headache...body definitely wants some SUGAR! I'll have to remember to pick up some grapefruit at the grocery store tonight... <3!
