TGIF!

Feeling great! Sooo excited about finally starting to plan my wedding. Can't wait to see you this weekend!

Today's Workout -

3 mile run
1 mile walk

Food Log -

Breakfast- nothing, hot tea, sorry
Snack 1 - almonds (15)
Lunch - huge salad w/ steak, blue cheese crunbles, celery, cucumber, and ranch
Dinner - steak, corn, broccoli, skim milk
Snack 2 - apple w/ peanut butter
