Workout - 20 min Jillian Michaels DVD

Food Log -

Breakfast - 2 hard boiled eggs
Snack 1 - Apple
Lunch - 1/2 avocado, pineapple, 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 mozz cheese sticks, apple
Snack 2 - almonds (20) + peanuts (3 handfuls)
Dinner - grilled chicken salad w/ veggies and cesar dressing
