Giving Up the Diet, But Keeping Up the Exercise

Got in a great workout today, walked for 30 mins with the dogs and then did pilates. I'm tired, but feeling good.

Breakfast: 2 eggs, turkey sausage
Snack: Mixed nuts
Lunch: Veggie pizza w/ wheat crust (I know, I've already given up.)
Snack: String Cheese
Dinner: Salad, chicken breast strips
