Breakfast - 3 scrambled eggs w/ fat free cheese, 1% milk, 4 slices turkey bacon
Snack 1 - apple, peanuts (20)
Lunch - 2 slider burgers w/ fat free cheese & mustard, cottage cheese, melon
Snack 2 - 2 cheddar cheese slices, sugar free chocolate pudding snack, mozzarella string cheese
Dinner - Leftover zuccini, mozzarella casserole, grapefruit
