Workout Log -

20 min Jillian Michaels DVD

Food Log -

Breakfast - 3 scrambled eggs w/ fat free cheese
Lunch - taco salad w/ scredded cheese, tomatoes, ground turkey, sour cream, jalepenos & salsa for dressing, 1% milk
Dinner - ceasar salad w/ salmon broiled, fruit and cheese plate
Snack 1 - bottle of merlot (oops....)
Snack 2 - 1/2 bottle of Absolute Vodka w/ Dole Pinapple, Orange, Bannana Juice (sorry....)
