Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, hot tea
Snack: mixed nuts
Lunch: Hot dog (2), pickle, string cheese
Snack: String cheese, coke 0
Dinner: Burger on romaine & salad w/ tomato and carrots
Ran 2 1/2 miles on the elliptical & did some arm work outs... had a quick work out today because the gym was crowded!!
So tired, looking forward to some lounging around & TV tonight!
P.S.: Laura, Rach's sister, started doing SB after we did and finished phase one and lost 10 pounds! SO FRUSTRATING! I am still at 147... :-( Although my friend Ty said that maybe that's because I'm building muscle...and muscle weighs more than fat. Either way, annoying.
