Saturday - shoveling snow - 1 hour
Sunday - 40 min Jillian Michaels DVD, 20 min run
Saturday Food Log-
Breakfast - cottage cheese, melon
Snack 1 - peanuts
Lunch - salad w/ tuna, celery, cumcumber, evoo & balsamic
Snack 2 - grapefruit
Dinner - white chicken chili (I made it! Ingredients: chicken cubed, white beans, chicken broth, water, and spices) w/ shredded cheddar cheese on top, 1% milk
Sunday Food Log-
Breakfast - 1% milk, 2 scrambled eggs w/ salsa, japs, and fat free cheese, melon pieces
Snack 1 - peanuts, baby carrots & hummus
Lunch - white chicken chili w/ shredded cheddar cheese
Snack 2 - apple, cheese slices, 1/2 avocado
Dinner - baked bbq chicken, corn, green beans
