Breakfast - 2 eggs scrambled w/ fat free cheese, cottage cheese, mango
Snack 1 - leftover beans & corn
Lunch - salad w/ turkey tenderloin sliced on top, celery, hard boiled eggs, shredded cheddar, & ranch.
Snack 2 - apple, peanuts
Dinner - Angus burger w/ fat free cheese, 1% milk, black eyed peas, mixed steamed veggies
